PAO Systems

PAO Distribution Systems were developed and manufactured for Lockheed Martin's Test Labs for development and maintenance of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. Our systems provide accurate conditioned PAO Cooling Fluid to multiple test stands located within the facility. Our systems were designed to provide critical Fluid Condition Constants at both 66 & 90 GPM @ 120 PSI @ 50 Deg F. The systems have integrated automatic cooling systems to simulate real world conditions while in flight. The systems also had 2.5 micron Beta(c) =1000 filtration, fully integrated particle counters and water sensors to provide real-time fluid cleanliness data. Our compact but heavy duty design allowed us to meet the unique application requirements and be awarded the contract.
