A Vacuum Dehydration Oil Purification System (VDOPS) outperforms centrifuges because it removes free, emulsified and dissolved water from oils. In addition, the VDOPS will remove dissolved gasses and particulate from oils.
The high performance specifications are as follows:
The technology is simple, reliable and extremely effective. The VDOPS simply heats the fluid and the fluid enters a vacuum atmosphere. Water then flashes to a gas and the gasses are pulled off by the vacuum to atmosphere. This is achieved when you lower the pressure and raise the temperature, the boiling point is proportionally lowered. Particulate contamination is removed with high performance filter media. The process does not harm the oil or additive package within the oil. We have many options to choose from. Flow rates from 75, 50, 20, 15, 10 and 5 GPM. The performance speaks for itself.
